~ Tapas-Based Flow
Tapas, which translates to ‘purification’ or ‘self-discipline,’ is one of the Niyamas (1 of 8 limbs of Yoga) that I have personally + deeply connected with. It’s all about transformation. It focuses on our effort/determination, but equally on our ability to surrender so that we may reach the next higher version of ourselves. Like a Phoenix rising from the ashes. It’s all about your staying power – foregoing momentary pleasures to secure future benefits. This is a revitalizing Power Vinyasa Flow where you can explore your strengths (and weaknesses) allowing the heat to burn away what is no longer serving you so that what’s left is only your true self. How long can you stay in the fire? The same fire that will transmute + alchemize your life experiences into gold. Together we will strengthen not only your physical body, but your spirit + willpower as well.

~ Slow Flow
There is pleasure in taking your time and this flow is all about rediscovering that. This Slow Vinyasa Flow is intended to help you find the integrity of each pose by connecting mind + body through the breath. There will be integral moments of stillness and reflection that allow you to fully drop in and experience the present moment, as it is. Taking a pause from your daily life to simply be; to be whole; to come back to yourself. Are you ready to soothe your nervous system back into balance? My Slow Flow encourages you to connect breath + movement in a way that creates ease, so that you can cultivate harmony on and off the mat.

~ Vinyasa Flow
Finding yourself in the middle of both of these? Then this option is for you! After discussing your specific goals, I will create an integrative vinyasa flow, series, or program that is completely customized for your individual needs.

Each one of these soulful practices will have you leaving your session with a sense of mental + physical accomplishment. All sessions are personalized for you based on level (beginner, intermediate, advanced), any injuries, sensitive areas or pre-existing conditions; along with any else discussed in the initial session.

Sound Healing


All things in the universe vibrate. Everything is vibrating, oscillating, and resonating at various frequencies. This is the beauty of creation – from the galaxies, to the cry of a newborn, we are sound. and through sound, we heal.

Sound baths are a form of meditation utilizing frequencies + vibrations to help bring our brain waves from an active state (gamma and beta) to a more relaxed state (alpha, or even theta).

Sound is simply the movement of energy. Did you know soundwaves regulate more than 50% of the body’s biological processes?

Sound is sacred. Sound is medicine. It is a healing arts and it carries wisdom. I am truly grateful to be of service with this medicine. In my sessions, I work with 100% quartz crystal bowls and chimes to help quiet the mind, relax the body and harmonize your energy. I have 7 bowls – one for each musical note, and each correlated with the 7 chakras, 7 colors, and 7 elements (earth, water, fire, air, ether, light, spirit).

What Are The Benefits?
~ Introducing sound can help adjust + align the body’s energy centers (chakras) back into balance.
~ Through sound we can recalibrate the cells in our body that have been imprinted with disruptive frequencies (such as trauma, illness, or long-term stress).
~ There are different frequencies associated with different parts of the body and certain notes / tones can help release tension or stagnant energy stored in those areas.
~ The frequencies produced by these crystal bowls are proven to reduce anxiety, stress, and balance out the nervous system.

Each session, I share this powerful medicine of vibration and sound through intuitively curated sound baths that are focused on unlocking and activating different energy centers of the subtle body. All you have to do is relax and bathe in the flourishing tones as healing frequencies wash over you with a harmonizing effect. It’s your time to reconnect, soften, and trust that the sounds will take you where you need to go. Allowing whatever surfaces to emerge – giving yourself the space to heal. A safe container where you surrender and release, clearing any blockages, physical or energetic (as they are connected), to bring upon states of profound meditation, deep relaxation and clarity. The crystal singing bowls produce strong vibrations that penetrate each cell of your body giving you an unforgettable experience + helping you restore and optimize the flow of energy within the body. After, the body feels pleasantly light and vibrates freely. The mind may feel much more calm, clear, and at peace.

Pranayama (Breathwork)


Nowadays, especially in Western so-called spiritual communities, we hear a lot about “breathwork” and there are many different types out there.. but what they’re all really leading to is the ancient practice of Pranayama (the 4th limb of yoga). And this goes a lot deeper.

Pranayama is a Sanskrit word made up of the root words “prana” and “ayama”.

Prana is the primary energy; the energy of consciousness itself; the original creative power. It can be unmanifest (the underlying, omnipresent pure consciousness) or manifested (force of creation). It is our vital energy, our life force energy, in ancient Chinese medicine it’s referred to as ‘Qi’ and is wayyyy more than just the breath.

Ayama means extension and expansion (unlike Yama which can be translated to ‘control’ or ‘restraint’). Many people misinterpret Pranayama as control of the breath, when really it is about the expansion of Prana and harnessing that energy.

By stimulating and increasing this energy within us, we allow ourselves to attain higher states of consciousness + awareness.

Of course, this isn’t going to happen instantaneously. In order to perform this advanced practice, we must first learn the basics and gradually develop + strengthen not only our bodies, but our minds as well. To build this foundation we utilize the different aspects of breathing (inhalation, exhalation, internal + external breath retention) through certain techniques that will empower the lungs, balance the nervous system, purify and revitalize the energy channels of the body, and stabilize us physically + mentally.

The breath is so important to the functioning of the body and performance of the brain. It is intrinsically linked to all aspects of the human experience. When you take a deep inhale in, you breathe in more than just oxygen..you’re breathing in life into your cells, prana.

Where there’s space, there’s prana. Therefore, when we CREATE space (in the mind, in the body or even in our external world) we are also inviting that energy/prana to arise within that space. In yoga, our asana practice creates space + our pranayama practice directs the energy that results from that.
